New Bugs

• When editing an article with the article form, the 'show preview' option does not appear to work. Tested in firefox on Vehicle Wash Systems and WUCOLS articles.
• Page does not display correctly when using Header tabs and primary image. Header tabs gray 'tab box' is too large, and too high. See California Water Plan 2013 Update (selections)
• This article text displays too wide for the screen (tested on firefox and chrome) and the table of contents column is too narrow.

• When using the article input form, the "introductory image" is a text box, and not image uploader.
